We are. WIT files the customs entry through our licensed broker and pays the duty. You receive the goods at your dock.
Every product has our English data sheet. Ask for the supplier's latest certificate of analysis before you order, and start with one container.
One container, about 20 to 26 metric tons depending on the product. The price shown is for one full container.
Your quote shows the supplier lead time. Once it is on the water we send you the vessel and container numbers so you can follow it.
Tell us. Your contract is with a US company, so the claim is ours to settle with the supplier, not yours.
